ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

ok, the problem is certainly on my end, but i cannot find a way to use any of the neat little custom things you people have provided. can someone tell me where i am going wrong?
i download, extract to users/*name*/T-engie/tome/ but after that it seems to have no change at all.
