Late game identification of blues quest

I think it'd be great to add some sort of quest after a particular phase in the game (keeping this spoiler free...) that causes an upgrade in identification. This would make blue items also be identified without having to "scry" for the ID.

The late game seems to be almost completely full of pick up item, cross fingers, hope for a good drop, drop junk item. Many are the times I literally spend more time dropping items than I do actually killing monsters... not a very fun way to go through the game. Eventually blues ARE the new greens, and oranges are the blues, and should be IDd as such.

I think in the SVN blues are auto-IDd.

Or - remove identification.
