Level 5 ! Yeah !

I got to level 5 with a mage and killed the Shade !
(And then prompty died to a stunning blow of a nearby skeleton ...)
I do find it quite hard

hehehe, I got to lvl 8... but yeah, I am using the version with amon sul not being persistant...
out of curiosity, why is the wilderness map saved each time? it makes it take longer.

Because it will in some later versions be modified one the fly.
Like you could discover a random dungeon, cave, traveling merchant, ...

Ah, I remember the trials and troubles of getting over that level 5 hump. Hell, I remember how hard it was just to get to level 2!
