[T-Plus 2.x] Ambarannon natives in next release?

I'm still working on the next ("Above and Beyond", thanks to your votes!) release of T-Plus. Among other changes, I plan to add natives of Ambarannon as a player type--and want to ask YOU how they should be treated. (As for a name, I am leaning towards "Hallow-Dweller"--it's easy to spell and pronounce, and refers to the island on which the town is located.)
