I am not sure either, but he does mention Tome in his profile. I only zap the ones I am sure of.

yeah same here...

on the other hand, quite a few of the spammers I have seen here (besides the ones from igtto) "quote" what a random person said above him (basically copy paste). and this one could be just seeing the word "funny" and then posting. (although the joke was fairly good, I admit)...
