Except all the times it doesnt work. I took a brawler to the final battle, and in the process i encountered many, many, many rares and bosses against which the axe kick straight up doesnt do jack. I attack with axe kick - i hit - i do damage - the concussion is nowhere to be seen. They didnt heal it, it just wasnt applied in the first place. I'd say the amount of concussion-immune enemies was about 1/4 from total. So "100% talent failure" is a bit of an overestimate.
Same with the flurry. I hit 5 times with 4/5 skill - the boss still has all sustains.

Well, axe kick checks confusion immunity, so that may be what is causing your issues with it. Not sure about combination kick. are you sure you are actually hitting with it/using it with combo points?
