ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Adds a new class to Tales of Maj'Eyal, the Minstrel -- a dual-wielding dagger class capable of infuriating foes with sardonic wit and buffing oneself with powerful ballads.

Main features:

• Twenty new abilities split across five different ability trees: Musical combat, Card invocation, Wit, Battle ballads, and Performance arts.
• Two new artifacts (which form a set).

This is my first addon for ToME, so it's (almost certainly) unbalanced. If there are any bugs or balance suggestions, please let me know.
