Damblis Race

Some time back a bunch of addons folks put some silly ideas together to potentially be cobbled together into an even sillier "mad libs" class. That didn't happen, but I did make a tree for it, and it has just been sitting around unused for a while. I decided to convert it into a race, since all I had was one generic tree. It's a pretty silly, but it's also kinda fun (imho).

Adds the Damblis, a race of humans with extraordinary beauty and supernatural charm. Their origin is shrouded in mystery, but it is believed they first arose in the Age of Allure, and many stories tell of cunning Damblis concubines who turned the course of history with seemingly nothing more than a tempting smile and a whispered suggestion into a powerful ear.

They have a life rating of 9, a 10% experience penalty, -1 magic, -2 constitution, +1 dexterity, +2 willpower and +2 cunning. They can learn the following talents:

[Dressed to Kill]
(Passive)
Enemies that dare gaze upon you do so at great peril. You shroud yourself with a glamour that makes all desire you, and the most weak-minded would even die for you (literally).
Each turn, enemies within X tiles that can see you must save against your Mindpower increased by twice the total material level of your belt, necklace, and rings.
On a failed save: critters and normal enemies die; higher rank enemies take Y Mind damage from the anguish of wanting you.
Damage improves with Mindpower, and can be a mental critical, and cannot be halved by mental save.

[Stunning Looks]
(Active)
Strike a dashing pose and cast a stunning look upon your foes. All enemies in a cone with radius equal to your vision range must save against your Mindpower with their Physical Save or they will be Stunned for X turns. Duration increases and cooldown decreases with talent level.

[Irresistible]
(Passive)
You manipulate the mind of your foes to make yourself appear irreistible to them. Each turn, enemies within X tiles that are not adjacent to you and can see you must save against your Mindpower or lose Y Defense and Saves and Z% resistance to all damage. The effect lasts 5 turns and can stack up to 5 times, with new stacks renewing the duration. Affected enemies will lose 1 stack per turn if they are adjacent to you or unable to see you.
Power of the effect increases with your Mindpower.

[Take it Off]
(Sustain)
You slowly begin to unfasten your belt while manipulating the mind of all those who see you.
Any enemy within range X who can see you when you activate this talent will be transfixed for as long as you sustain it and they can still see you, giving them a Y% chance to fail any talent use.
Talent failure chance improves with Mindpower.
