Bugfix!
- effects are no longer marked as detrimental
- Absolute Territory is renamed to Surge Self in a futile attempt to bring Doctornull back.

So, why does the character creation screen claim that illim don't need to breathe when, in fact, they do?

Neat concept - But the shield function force-drags your shield down to your natural regen's max amount after a turn, meaning you cant ever get it up above that amount. Particularly jarring when playing a Sun Paladin - But interestingly useful when you have a very high natural regen, or during regen infusions.

Either way, you gotta find a way to let other shields exist for their own period of time, unless this is intended balance to keep the shield potential from running away.
