Boss is rather weak, she uses up her Vim too fast and has no means to replenish it. Maybe give her Drain talent? But then she will be too powerful on nightmare+. Or just increase amount of Vim she possess.

Some NPCs have Vim regeneration.

This is obviously illegal and not okay for the player to get, but I don't see the problem giving it to an early boss, so long as it's fairly slow regen.

Great mod but I'm not sure the Faerie needs the EXP boost playing the right class its devastating.

Suggestion: A variant which is designed for playing Magic based casters. Not sure what racials to it may post some if I think of any

Edit: First tier same as normal but with Casting speed as opposed to Move

Veeeery interesting.

Dark faerie can be defilers. Could very well be intentional but I don't see any mention of it anywhere, so I may as well point it out. I mean, their flavor text kinda says they're more aggressive but still not really of the corrupted sort? so I dunno.

It is intended.

They have delved into darker arts in order to gain their powers, meaning they are fully capable of using corruption if they wish.

There is a difference between an evil man using evil magic, and a commoner using evil magic.
Both will end terribly, but one is done in good faith.

Faerie V3.0.1 - A Spark in the Dark
http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/faerierace
---
Notice: This is save compatible, however, Fey Clone and Feyd to Black's descriptions will not update, and shadows already clogging up your party list will not be removed.

Dark Faerie

Powers of the Dark - Casting Speed Doubled
Powers of the Dark - Passive Icon corrected

Fey Clone - Tooltip correctly states the clone deals 50% of your base damage

Vision of the Shadows - Fixed an error where casting into a group of enemies in a confined area could cause them to spawn outside of the world, clogging up your party list.

Feyd to Black - Changed the line "This bypasses all resists." to "This bypasses all saves and immunities."

Post subject:  Re: Faerie Race

Hello, it may have been coincidence but after the update I'm getting this error. Some details: I'm on the Armory, second level and It happens every turn. I tried to put up with it and complete the level clicking on close every time but as soon as I opened the door where all the orcs are waiting for you the game just went crazy and the same error kept appearing without my input. It kept playing by itself until I eventually got killed and sent to the astral plane, then it stopped. Returning to the Armory resumes the odd behavior. I don't know if it actually is related to this addon but seen as it is the one the game reports to be calling a nil value I thought it was the culprit. I've tried disabling the addon, a new install, disabling all the addons but nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated, otherwise I've lost my level 36 char =(

I'm having a similar situation, but testing around, it's only happening to my Corrupter character. I deal damage or get hit in melee, and the game explodes in lua errors just how the guy above describes, even though my lua errors don't specifically mention this mod, the fact that the problem is the same is telling.

Your faerie races are lookin' like a lot of fun, there, Starkeep.

Now that you're adding more and more content, are you planning to create more ambitious material such as Faerie-specific quests (for the contest!) or perhaps even a devoted Faerie class?

I'm definitely going to have a romp about with the new race, perhaps giving you a couple of days though to iron out any more bugs (I don't intend to die, heheh).

Pyroflare77, yours is an Arcanum related bug, btw.

FAButzke, I'm unsure what is happened to your game. Due to it only happening once, and the line it pointing to having nothing wrong with it, I'm unable to come up with a simple solution.
If you could upload your entire log somewhere, that would help greatly. (Starting it back up and posting it after reviving won't help, getting it from the beginning would, due to me being able to see what classes were spawnt at the time.)

I'm going to upload a test version onto the Faerie page.
Download it, and see if it fixes your issue. If it doesn't, I'm afraid that's it for your character.

You said you changed the XP penalty from -15% to -5% right?

That I did, and the change is in. I simply forgot the description... as I tend to do quite often.

Fair enough. Also, I think my clone just murdered me trying to shoot something else with a beam of fire. ouchies.
