YAVP: Cornac Oozemancer (Insane/RL)

This was my first serious Oozemancer run. I found it to be a very strong class and also pretty fun. My one death was from a High Peak stair guardian that hit me for 1800 damage as soon as I came into view. Most of the game was fairly easy, as I was able to shut down casters, hide behind summons when necessary, and use AoE degens to handle groups. My beams were hitting for about 1400 at endgame, which isn't crazy damage, but the class is tanky enough to stay in the fight.

I followed this guide for the most part, although I took Windtouched Speed as someone suggested and I found the cooldown reduction to be very useful. Arcane classes have several sources of spell cooldown reduction, but antimagic characters don't have that luxury. Generic points were tight even as Cornac, and I didn't have enough to invest in everything I wanted. I'd recommend the build if you're interested in trying Oozemancer.
