So uh, yeah. Victory! Warden's a little crazy right now, some of the more abusable stuff being toned back for next beta. You can see my stats. I've got kit that'll put magic over 200, spellpower over 300. I've got different set of kit (well, I'm carrying both sets, but yeah) that jacks willpower over 150 -- it'd be over 160 with the life and death pearl, now. Full willpower kit, feed and purpose jack their respect stats up by a full 80 points, which is just crazy... crazy awesome. With full SP/mag kit, celerity hit 55% movement speed boost... weapon folding could hit for just at 200 damage, to say nothing of what my actual talents did. Echos from the Past, ferex, actually hit 98% on its percentile effect. Haste was over 120%. To put some perspective on things, while my magic stat is at base 60, my strength stat... is at base 11. Look real close at the number in the character dump.

What you don't see, though, is the chronomancer staff of power in my secondary weapon set. 50 spellpower on that thing, but the big note on it was the -10% movement speed. See, normally, with celerity and speed boots on -- oh, right... yes, they stack. Yes, I had at minimum -75% to movement speed. Right, right... anyway. Normally, I moved about four times before a normal speed character moved -- like say, orcs. With the staff on, that number increased from four to between seven and eight. Yes, I could move at minimum seven times before a normal speed character moved.

And yes, yes, I could then activate my movement infusion. Those things apparently react weirdly to having already high base movement. Short form, with the staff I could move seven times before the infusion duration ticked down. As the infusion had a duration of nine, that added up to at least 63 squares of movement. At 1365% of .15 movement speed. I ran really, really, fast.

I could almost run across two pride levels before wild speed ran out. I could run through basically every level in the game without really having to stop to fight. I danced between enemies, and if they didn't manage to be beside me when their turn to move came up, I could more likely than not dodge whatever they shot at me. Or pop the movement infusion and just outrun the projectile. I had arrow races a few times. I kept winning.

I had a blast. I felt like the fastest thing in the game, and I bloody well was. Between bloody decent damage output -- I generally did between 450-500 non-crit bump damage by the end game (between a third and half that weapon folding), and managed to flurry for just over 2k a few times -- and some of the best movement abilities in the game, even above and beyond the ridicu-speed, I was even capable of dishing out some solid damage, especially when temporal reprieve was factored in and I basically did a dual-strike/flurry/sweep combo twice in a row. With rune of the rift regularly hitting 600+ damage (and critting for over 1k!), I was even well set at range.

And then there was the kit. Good gods alive, the kit. You can see it for yourself. It's ridiculous, incredible and ridiculous. I'm fairly sure I spent over 10k gold in this game (at least 1/5th of that on limmir rings!), almost all of it on loot. Wizardtown sold me a round dozen plain voratun rings, and I fed half of them to the RNG trying for a +28% resist all ring. I didn't get it, but I did get two +14 stat ones. All my other junk was bloody solid, too. The armor cost 661 gold! My one sad kit story, though, was losing the girdle of preservation. I found it on grushnak pride level one or two, and the very next level afterwards, the game crashed. My last save was before entering the pride... I lost the belt. Never saw it again. My resist all was a flat 50% with that belt. It was 49% before I looted the pearl off argy's corpse.

As for the end fight, well, it was a bit of a cinch -- unfortunately, I didn't have much to do with it besides closing the portals. While I was infusioning my way around the arena closing portals, Argy and Blinky decided they'd target Aeryn... and they never stopped. I flurry/d-struck/swept/rift'd/echo'd/slowed argy and blinky into oblivion, as they slammed their faces against the iron wall of Aeryn, who I'd heal every once in a bit. I healed well over 600 hp via wand, iirc, for her. Still, victory is victory. Go wardens! At least until the next beta. Mindslayers ask, "How's that nerfbat feel?" Ohohohoho.

Oh, and since this dump doesn't seem to mention it... no deaths. Zero. If this'd been roguelike, I'd still be postin' it, ahaha!
