Got a summoner to level 50, got some nice gear and stats. Resistance is capped, stun immunity 100%, 99 cun >_> one short for 100.
Seems like there are significantly more cun items than wis items. It was much easier to raise cun than wis. It is also much more common for gear to have str and con so I probably should not have added any str points (str was only at 20 without gear, dex 14 or something).
Had a lot of fun overequiping.
In the end slings+shield is the best, regardless of other things I tried. Spellblade was also an option (18%fire, 18% phys VS 31% phys dmg increase). For some time I used the minor/minor demon telepathy granting whip.
I had two rings crafted with two jewels each in the east after doing the quest.
I should mention that summoners have a hard time dealing with the prides berserker boss. I only killed him because of stair abuse (a very very cheap tactic, using hydra and fire drake, natures renewal, another hydra and fire drake, do some damage, go down and recharge, repeat).
During the quest where the paladins defend against the orcs while you run down trough the volcano, I did not know what to and killed the orcs. In the process I killed sun paladins. I finished the dungeon but all the sun paladins where hostile, so I cannot continue the quests.
Tried to enter the infinite dungeon, but well you cant. That means I will retire this character for now. 50 levels and no deaths and nothing more to do ... the game is slacking.
To be fair, I died once. When I was doing the quests for the portals east and back I was underwater and didn't know it. I died, crashed the game, put on my amulet of the fish, and continued. i did not know I was drowning so I cheated a little. Didn't feel fun not to know I am drowning.
