Victus Level 32 Temporal Warden

A lot of this build was semi-experimental. I wanted to see if some stuff worked as well as I thought and what was overpowered. I also wanted to be able to play a bit with everything so my points are spread pretty thin in a lot of spots.

Anyway, here's my now deceased Temporal Warden.
