The version is 1.6.7, playing a level 17 doomelf writhing one on insane roguelike

I do not get any crit chance from Unerring Scalpel's accuracy bonus. This makes me sad.

Note I have already tried changing the accuracy, and comparing the crit chance to other weapons to make sure I'm not just bad at math.

As I understand how accuracy bonuses work: they're applied to the amount by which your accuracy exceeds the target's defense, and thus are only calculated at attack-time. Therefore, they do not show up on your character sheet.
