Earthen Fury not working on Steamsaws?

A character of mine has a steamsaw with Earthen Fury on it... but is getting no EF procs when attacking.

I've glanced over the code, and I'd believe that as written the EF proc only works on shields. Is that correct? If so, EF should either be made to work on saws or the ego should be removed from the saw pool.

This bug is still in 1.7.2, and seems to apply to other shield egos that spawn on saws, such as Windwalling. I assume the same cause (the effects being defined for special_combat) is responsible for them not working with Annihilator abilities like Capacitor Discharge.

That's bad. I'm just now playing with Sun Pal who went tinkering, and planning to use saw as shield.

I didn't see anything about this in the 1.7.3 changelog. Is it still broken?

Yup, this bug seems to still be in 1.7.3.
