Oh, well that explains that completely. Thank you. Yeah, I don't like the ZOmnibus pack in it's entirety. It changes some things I just don't personally enjoy so I've just picked and chosen what to use from it.
Thanks for the very swift fix, no more flickering. I even did an extra check with the Vitality talent, as now I see that's also what was causing it on my beserker, and it's also fine. No problems.

Seems your embedded restorations system is what caused the bug, healing power checks out.
I'd go with Zizzo's "passive cooldowns". Could be the culprit since it is related to buff/debuff display.
Are you in modern or classic UI ?
Alternatively it could be fungal regeneration I guess ? Nothing else seems to mess with healing/buff.
And thank you for finding out the culprit so quickly. I tried myself by turning addons on and off but just couldnt get the right one it seemed.
