Post subject:  Steamtech gunnery skills don't give "shoot"

Was playing around with adventurers, and I found out that the steamtech gunnery skills don't give shoot, so even if you get them and have a steam pool you can't use them.

While it is 8 gold, you still have to run half the map to get it.

I thought adding steamgun mastery at 1 point would open it but it doesn't/

Admittedly, adventurer types can come up with weird combos, but gunnery talents that don't check and make sure shoot is allowed seems silly, especially since it is not tied to steamgun mastery.

If you go infinite dungeon then you still have no shoot and no way to buy the skill.

This is still happening in 1.6 beta 2, and is an even bigger problem now that shops aren't open till level 10. It doesn't seem broken to just give all adventurers shoot at creation.
