Necromancer Lich summons Shadows blindside Husks

The lich from Create Minions keeps summoning shadows that blindside my rare Husks(eventually killing them on rest), even though I have Dark Empathy maxed out. I assume it's not supposed to do that as it doesn't blindside my other minions. https://imgur.com/a/5taIkfc
