Vault Applying Level Requirement Inconsistent with Wiki?

G'day all,

https://te4.org/wiki/Items_vault states, regarding level requirements, that "Items of lower tiers remain unchanged, even if they are very powerful", but this is not correct. It appears *all* items even if they're Tiers 1 or 2, will get a lvl15 req added (like the T2 amulet on my character here https://te4.org/characters/7589/tome/69 ... 54b3ede6ff - the level requirement is not visible on profile page or in-game, but my toon was unable to equip it before lvl 15.

Is the wiki text only referring here to T1/T2 items which *already* have a level requirement (lower than 15)?

Thank you for an excellent game,
- Matthew

Might I also suggest that when a player enters the vault room above the transfer orb, that they get a popup letting them know they can use this room for safe character-specific, sorted item storage? I'm guessing it may be in the lore somewhere there, but an in-your-face message would probably help a lot of unseasoned players (or even ones like myself who just never realised it despite playing since a few versions back).

Yes, I also came across a transfer orb. Ignorance hurts
exalted orbs also ^^
Only one is that which is good, some buy exalted orbs, some buy vaal. I do not ask if you play in PoE, I mean only about Exalted orbs :-)
And the best PoE Shop from Exalted Orbs is Odealo.com
https://odealo.com/games/path-of-exile
Now all my dreams on the tray I have, and the seventh night I can not sleep. In my mind I have as you ask me about orbs, it's PoE Orbs Odealo is the best shop / marketplace and many people have spent the best moments of their lives there.

If I recall correctly:
Any item without a pre-existing 'requirement' (Such as stats, skills, resources, or explicit level) will have a Level requirement added to it.
This can result in a T5 gear getting no additional requirement, while a simple T2/T3 green will suddenly have a 15 or 20 level requirement. These should all be clearly visible on an item in the vault.

In truth, you're usually at least that high anyway to get to the vault but the vault in general is Broken if you choose to use it for being Broken (Which I like to).
