Infinite Dungeon 1.5 bug

Sometimes on the "Exterminator" quests, there is a reported monster that isn't there, making the quest impossible to finish.

The same thing happened once on the "Dream Hunter" quest.

Am I sure?

Yes. I cleared 100% of the tiles through digging, used track and vision, and found nothing.

Thus far it's only happened a total of three times but it's pretty frustrating.
