ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Whenever a player activates the Cloak of Deception sustain in any way, whatever they had chosen for the "Tactical Overlay" gameplay UI option becomes reset to the default. This is reverted by simply right clicking anywhere.

This bug is 100% reproducible when a player either equips/unequips the Cloak of Deception or changes location.

Addons are not the cause.

In a similar vein as this, it appears that entering the targeting mode for any talent also resets the current Tactical Overlay options to default. Leaving targeting mode puts it back to your preferred settings.
