Encountered another oddity: a tier-4 spell that for some reason doesn't require the first 3, yet has unusually high stat requirements for a t-4 talent.

Thinking this may be the cause:

newTalent{
name = "Necrotic Breath",
type = {"spell/undead-drake", 1},
require = spells_req5,
.......
