I realy like this game been playing Angband for years prior to moving here. Had no issue when I played last year but either new version or added mod makes it unstabble. Ive removed most mod (was having the Generating level that last forever bug after like 30 mins of play in ID and was unplayalbe) and started playing campaing as it was more stable.
All was well altho I have like 10 mods then got first bugged ''generating level'' when killing the orc for the orb and going to the Far East... had to force kill the process. Upon loading bach yay no black screen but cant do anything and what I call the calendar bug... !st Day of Month Whatev. 2th. 3rd, and so on im sure you guys have seen that. That is spelled Game Over unless an admin helps I think. Was like no way ! /denial and try alot of things to see wtf was that and well FOUND A WAY TO UNBUGGED MYSELF using an item that force change the map that is bugged and ''warps you to a safe place for 1 turn'' haha was so much like TAKE THAT Lua
I was able to play in the far east for a while but I couldnt get any quest (the quest wasnt completed altho I WAS in the FarEast) Aeryn wouldnt talk to me... so I had to kill her to get the quest from her dying breath and was like haha again me so strong ! Finaly the prides spawned but when I entered Vor Pride I got the blackscreen again and might have managed the same solution as before but I changed gear like a noob and couldnt. So right now I dont have the ''calendar'' thing just the blackscreen I can move mouse but thats it. 'Aura of the dawn' suggested I post my te4_log here it is.. Also Zemmekey (or something) would'nt talk to me for the resonating gem quest at all so no going back so yh quest line was bugged but salvagable just couldnt go back in the west to do guardians.
Also in ID I get those random shops I think from a mod ID500 and I get a Lua (doesnt break the game just cant enter that shop) or like 30% of shops. Also had TONS of LUA pop-up like 1 every turn when facing certain mobs (was unplayable but now its ok It doesnt to that I removed alot of mods)
