[1.0] Summoner: Hydra's Grand Arrival -> NPC AI bug

When playing as summoner the Hydra's "Grand Arrival" creates a poison cloud that damages friendly summons and allies (I think may be an oversight/bug, should I report that as well?)

The bug I'm reporting now is regarding how NPCs react to the could.

When using it on the chief halfling in Ziguranth, her hostile AI behaviour was triggered. We were still allied, so she couldn't actually attack me. But she followed me and tried to move into me (to attack, presumably). Every attack just opened a dialogue with her.

1. She "attack"-moves into me
2. She: Did you want something? Me: No, sorry to bother you.
3. I try to run away
4. She "attack"-moves into me again
5. She: Did you want something? Me: No, sorry to bother you.
6. I to run away... etc.

When I left and returned to Ziguranths the AI was restored to normal behaviour. But the chief was standing at the entrance to the town, instead of in her house.
