Teleporting warped me into a bunch of mountains.

As soon as I entered the "Charred Scar", I used the teleport spell and was warped into the mountains in the picture, I then used phase door, and was not moved at all. The only reason I managed to get out was thanks to gem portal.

Also one other minor thing that I think is a bug, the animate sword that gets summoned from the bladed rift spawns without a weapon(yes I understand the thing is just one big sword). Considering he has the talent weapon mastery, I assume this isn't intended behavior. He's pretty much useless as he is right now, he can't tank, he can't deal damage, and the only semi useful ability he has is swap.
