Alchemist/Golem multiple bug

Gave Rune of the Rift to my Golem and had multiple golems appearing either when he used or enemy used similar abilities, I have screenshots of 2/3 duplicate unresponsive golems if you need me to send.

I've seen this as well. It seems to trigger when the alchemists leaves the level while his golem is timeskipped (say, by using Rune of the Rift to free itself from an iceblock), then rebuilds/supercharges up a new golem, then goes back down to the original level. It can also happen if the alchemist gets a duplicate golem in the Fearscape.
