Pretty sure the LoS should have been blocked by the trees.

I explained the cause of the bug and provided a patch (which is now outdated, and will soon be *very* outdated) here: http://forums.te4.org//viewtopic.php?f=45&t=25261

I am currently in the process of making FoV and LoS much more flexible and robust, so weird FoV and LoS oddities like the ones above will soon be things of the past :D !
