Change level, the status bar moves normally then just swings back and forwards (forever). Kill the game and restart and you can't move, can't recall, can't do anything really except possibly die if you were really unlucky and spawned with something within range.

This goes back a long time and may well be more frequent to the addons I play with. I am confident I have seen this without seriously boosted characters but it's a lot rarer and tends to happen then around level 50 in the end games - which is seriously annoying.

Since I can save/restore games (Externally, not a Tome mod) I could supply a character who's almost certainly going to do this on the next level. And FYI, the save/restore was invented because this very problem made Tome unbearably frustrating to play otherwise;)

eye of the tyger says it reduces the CD of spell talents, but it actually only affects talents from spells, celestial, chronomancy and corruption categories.
nature's rebalance says it resets the CD of wild gifts, but it actually only affects talents from wild-gift categories.

I can't check it right now since none of my characters have the tinker, but the tooltip description for the "weapon automaton: one handed" has blatant placeholder text. Says something like "... scales on weapon damage, tier, and other things that will eventually be memorialized in this tooltip."

Also, doesn't insanity in the "c" character menu have the double % sign thing, too? Might be thinking about something else.

On the hover tooltip that shows classes for rare monsters, there should be a `space` after the `:` colon

Acidic Splash's character levelup screen tooltip does not have the green text to suggest to players that it will increase in radius with talent points.
