Is there a reason I keep finding Arrows Of Manalocking just chilling on the ground in the starting zone on all my characters? This is the third time in a row that I've seen it, none of the Avatars seem able to use, eat, or otherwise do anything interesting with them, and they just kind of sit in my inventory.

Are they important later and I just keep dying before learning about them? Or what?

I haven’t seen them. If I recall, you have other addons, so would any of them change it?

I do have other addons, but none that I can think of that would do something like that. Mostly I have classmods and QOL changes, although there are a few others, but none that give me free stuff (and especially none that give me free stuff with that kind of regularity).

The fact that it was the same artifact three different times and none of the Avatars can even use arrows (to the best of my knowledge, I think Ritch gets a thing where it can craft bows but I've never done it and it definitely doesn't work right at the start) got my attention. Guess I'll chalk it up to one of the oddities of the universe.

Arrows of Manalocking are from Arcanum, not from the base game.
Also, there's (as far as I know) exactly one quiver of arrows that does anything for Avatars, and that's Hornet Stingers (for Ritch).

Well, that explains one thing, but not why they keep showing up there. Weird. Guess it doesn't matter though.

A. I better go find out what those arrows do.

B. I found War Hound's secret prodigy, and, although it is a solid defensive skill, I really don't know if it is worth it. Any other opinions on Megahowl?

Edit: Oh. Because of Feasting damage (I don't know what that is, honestly), it does a lot more than I thought.

Second thing: Anyone know what the Minotaur prodigy is? I know you get it by inflicting curses while you have a prodigy point, but I don't actually like playing minotaur, so I don't feel like getting it.

The minotaur prodigy is basically Link of Pain, except stronger but you cannot link yourself (or at least it would be ill advised, because the link goes both ways, iirc)

Okay. Thanks! Know what the Minotaur secret unlock is?

Side note: I am enjoying War Hound again. My favorite is still fire drake though.

Edit: I found an item as War Hound that smelled like Geography/River. Then my game crashed, so I lost the item. Anybody know what this does?

Bug Report: War Hound myth summons, like the Withering Thing, cannot be summoned outside of safe areas, and they can't leave safe areas, so they are totally useless. They disappear when you leave the area too.

Absolutely sure. noppa noticed it too. Also, I was told by somebody when I meant to make this report:
Jaws of Death doesn't cancel the clamp effect of Foxhound, so that you end up with two instead of canceling the old and applying a new.
(I haven't looked at it at all myself)
