Speed Confusion

There's some confusing language how different abilities affect speed:

Grace of the elder: "Increase general speed by X%"
Essence of speed: "Increases... global speed by X%"
Blinding Speed: "Increasing your speed by X%"
Momentum: "Increases attack speed by X%"

I was just wondering if there are any differences in how these abilities affect your speed of if they're just worded differently because this is a Beta and all the kinks haven't been worked out (which is completely understandable, but I"m still confused ).

I am not sure about the difference of the first 3, I assumed they were the same though before...

the last one only increases your attack rate though... if you hit 'C' you can see it there, the lower that is the better. there was a bug a few betas back (and further) where you could get in 10 attacks per normal game turn

Is there a bid for a specified terminology? I think it is time to start to make things as uniform as possible.
