After random rolling a Drem Doomed, I realized something. No Psiblades tree learning (can't betray alchemists, can't enter Zigur, can't get the ability from Worldly Knowledge) effects every single purely mental-based class negatively in some way except for Cursed, Wyrmic, Possessor, and Mindslayer. Those exceptions all have Mindstar builds available; even though Posessor and Psyshot can't use Psiblades the passive effect is still useful.

Stone Warden is the only one not effected at all due to using Magic and having no use for any other weapon but Shields.

I like the Zigur change, and I have a more interesting idea:
when Kroshkkur is devoured and no more, remove this spell from the player.

Zigur will now let you enter if you know antimagic, even with spells (since you cant use them anyway).
AND teleport to kroshkkur spell is removed if town is destroyed

@Darkgod I assume that's going forward? My Tome beta updated on Steam and then new Drem could still not enter Zigur. Also: :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

@helminthauge I have no concern with great minds thinking alike, just wanted to point out that the "more interesting idea" you propose is also the title of the thread.

Tested it. Was able to get in with a Drem Oozemancer before Kroshkkur was destroyed, was not able to get in as a Drem Psyshot after Kroshkkur was destroyed, still had spell.

Progress tho!

Downloaded beta 1.63, made new character, Drem do not lose teleport when Kroshkkur destroyed and feel unsafe to enter Zigur.

And please make betraying escorts and selecting those trees as a reward through Worldly Knowledge always available to antimagic characters, if it is not so yet.
