Movement infusions and lightning speed

Movement infusions and lightning speed should block talent auto-use, as it can shut them down early in rather uncomfortable situations. Yes, you can turn it off manually, but it's easy to forget. Especially if you're panicking and trying to escape. Should also apply to anything else likely to be clobbered by auto-use talents, if there are more.

Also, the movement infusion could do with a visual effect. And the one lightning speed has could stand to be toned down a bit. Maybe have both just tint the edges of the screen.
