Earthen Missile not benefiting from staff accuracy bonus?

(Hi, new here, wanted to say this game is amazing :D)

I have a question. I'm currently playing an Arcane Blade, and Earthen Missile does not seem to be benefiting from my staff's accuracy bonus when proced from Arcane Combat. I say this because the damage is the same when proced as when manually casted (around the value on the tooltip.) I used Lightning as a placeholder before picking up Earthen Missile, and it clearly benefited from the accuracy bonus, doing significantly more damage when proced than when casted. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Were you doing these tests on enemies that all had the same Defense values?

The accuracy bonus checks your Accuracy against their Defense and then uses the difference between them to determine how much of a bonus you gain.

The projectile nature of the Earthen Missiles will stop the bonus from existing when they hit.

So you mean that after the first missile hits, the bonus is lost for subsequent missiles?

Nope, the bonus is lost before the first missile hits.

Wait, wouldn't this apply to any projectile spell then? Like Flame that hasn't been upgraded to a beam? It would be nice to fix this if it's not too complicated.

Ah, fair enough.

There should really be a "Dirty Details of ToME" wiki page or something that lists these one-off exceptions so people can at least be aware of them. I think I'll make a thread to compile a list.

EDIT: I made this thread: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=43659
