I'm wondering if we could get a new windows .exe compatible with SVN 6157 or later?

FOV C code was updated in SVN 6133. Here's a new executable. Necessary libraries are included.

Added a --safe-mode flag, if the game is ran this way it will start in 800x600 windowed with as much graphical things disabled as possible.

I wonder if we can get this topic stickied. With t-engine getting more stable, it tends to get pushed way down the list of topics and can easy to miss.
