Yeeks Archmage and Angolwen Shops

My Current beta 21 Yeek Archmage teleported to Angolwen, but cannot enter any of the shops

Is this, as mentioned over the chat channel, a known bug?
Or is this intentional behavior?

Stdout.txt file shows a single particle error, and a tactical AI report from Linaniil, which is repeated several times.

I can't enter Angolwen shops with any other characters either.

I'm having the same problem only with my actual human archmage. With other archmages the bug doesn't show up. The last thing I did with the bugged archmage was to kill shade and teleport to angolwen. I've tried to go back and walk but it still doesn't work. Even reloading the game doesn't work.

Strangely I had video problems (the top-view screen was completely black) reloading the game and the character, and only with this archmage, I've tried with another character without problems. I've resolved removing video effects, but when I quit & reload the game the problem was disappeared, no more black screen even with effects. That's the first time it happens, perhaps it's a coincidence.

I've gotten this bug a few times (I like archmages), and I think I've figured out a work-around: if you go into Angolwen using the portal on the world map FIRST, before ever using the teleport spell, it seems that the shops work normally. Use the Rod of Recall instead, until you've gotten into Angolwen "on foot". You might also have to defeat a boss first, I haven't tested that far yet.

Hopefully that helps people use the Angolwen shops, and hopefully it'll help DG figure out how to fix the bug.
