Level generation Failure in Belidurak

Just stuck on a level on Belidurak, cant go up nor down. Screenshot is on discord i cant send it here cause file's too big.

FYI, "Belidurak" is a randomly generated zone (from the Fortress Farportal or the Occult Egress?) with a randomly generated name.
