[1.7.6] Infinite weird pedestals

1) Find a set of weird pedestals
2) Do one or two of them, but not the third one
3) Leave the level
4) Re-enter the level
5) Pedestals reset themselves
6) Now you can complete the third pedestal and (hopefully) kill the guardian
2 bis) Re-do the first and second pedestals
3 bis) Leave the level
4 bis) Re-enter the level, rinse and repeat, for fun and profit
