Range Amplification Device still broken on Hymn Nocturnalist

When I was building my anorithil, specifically testing prodigies in debug mode, I found that anorithil's Hymn Nocturnalist still only has 5 range despite the tooltip saying that it has 8 range (while Range Amplification Device is sustained). I saw on a previous forum post that this bug was reported and supposedly fixed (viewtopic.php?p=225180#p225180), but it still seems to not be working correctly.
