[1.7.4] Upload character sheets option is always enabled

Been happening for a number of versions, but I only check when I come back to the game every now and then.

When starting up the game, under the Options -> Game Options -> Online tab the option of 'Upload character sheets to the online vault' is always enabled by default, every time the program starts. It seems to both ignore the set preference, and is what is checked when deciding whether to upload a character or not. When I've loaded up a character, the options menu there seems correctly read the preference I have set (disabled), but from experience I've noticed that my characters are uploaded anyway. If I set the option from the main menu to 'disabled' before loading a character then the upload doesn't happen, but the next time I go to the main menu's option (after returning from a game or restarting the program) it is set to 'enabled' again.

This has been happening to me on the Linux version, if that makes any difference.
