[1.7.4] Resizing log or chat UI breaks hovering on linked stuff

If I change the size of the chat or combat/game log windows then I can no longer hover on linked things in the chat, or dropped items in the log.

It is repeatable, every single time I change the size. I have not tested simply moving a window, forgot to do that, sorry.

Restarting the game fixes it, so it's not a huge issue, but it is really annoying to have to restart the game every time I make a minor change to the UI.

If I only change one of the window the other is not affected.
If I hover on the chat only the username of the last message is shown, on the log I think only the tile info the cursor is on is shown.

Steam version, Windows 10, Borderless, ultrawide resolution.
With or without any user made addons enabled, across all characters.

Maybe a dumb question, but did you re-lock the UI after making your changes?
