Defense's formula doesn't seem working

hi, everyone
Is this formula still working?

Defense = (Dexterity - 10) * 0.35
+ Defense bonuses and penalties from equipment, talents, effects
+ (Amount of increase/decrease from the initial Luck value) * 0.4

It doesn't give me proper value.
(In the other hand, the Accuracy's formula seems working.)
