[1.7.4] NOT having unlocked Avatar prevents Zigur entry

Sun Paladins that have NOT unlocked Avatar of a Distant Sun can never enter Zigur due to the AVATAR_DISTANT_SUN_UNLOCK_CHECKER talent.
Friendly Neighbourhood Moderator, moan at me for a teleport if ya get stuck.
