[1.7] Dark Reign doesn't trigger correctly

Dark Reign does not always trigger on dealing >20% (up from 10% in 1.6) of an enemy's max health in darkness damage. It does seem to trigger correctly on kills with darkness damage.

Easiest way to replicate:

-Roll an adventurer with Dark Reign and some darkness attack like Invoke Darkness
-shoot a few trolls for >20% of their hp in Trollmire without killing them
-sometimes you get a stack, sometimes you don't. I have no idea what drives this.

You can also observe this bug with Demo, but it's more work to set up the conditions to trigger it.

The tooltip just hasn't been updated. The new value, 20%, is the chance for it to proc off any darkness damage. It doesn't check for a hp treshold anymore, so it can proc on anything even tanky mobs, as long as you do some amount of darkness damage(it seems to count darkness damage from talents only, although converting your damage via talents then bumping seems to proc it).

Thanks for clarifying; it does appear to work that way now. So then really just the tooltip needs to be updated.
