[1.7b5]Multicaster triggers more than once per turn

Multicaster says it can trigger once per turn, but it actually triggers once per beam:
1. If you have Orb of Thaumaturgy, you may trigger it twice.
2. No matter how fast you are(ex. 1000% global speed), each beam you cast may trigger a spell.
Besides, I don't know if it is by design that damage converter(ex. Elemental Fury) can greatly increase the chance of multicaster?
