How important is Blind-Fight...

... for a character with high See Invisible and See Stealth scores?

On higher difficulties, enemies have such high stats and talents that you probably won't be able to beat their stealth/invis score in many cases even if you have high cunning and a relevant talent. However, actually dangerous enemies you can't see aren't that common, so as long as you have Perfect Strikes, you can just use that when you need it. Or find a pickaxe that gives it to you, or some other item you can put on when you need it. I don't think you need to worry about having blind-fight at all times.

And of course if you're a caster, then you don't care at all.

My character is a level 25 halfling rogue focused on stealth and throwing poisoned knives. I wanted to swap out a weapon (Unerring Scapel) whose only advantage was giving Blind-Fight. With 84 Cunning, 46 See Stealth, and 46 See Invisible, I wondered whether I needed Blind-Fight anyway.

However, it's good to know that it's not all that common to face genuinely deadly enemies you can't see.
