someone mentioned that crit shrug-off was changed in 1.6, I coudn't find it with quick reading, and no way I will read it all ever again lol.
So, is it right - before crit shrug off was percentage based, so in order for it be reliable you was needed 100%, now it's linear - you have 50% crit shrug-off - you get 50% crit power reduction?
