My storage vault was on level 3 of trollmire (collapsed tower ground floor). All the squares inside are marked as vault/no teleport.
Came back at level 26, accidentally moved to trollmire 4 with auto-explore (which had somehow spawned new level 9 trolls inside despite me already having cleared the level and bill the stone troll in the past). Came back to trollmire 3 and went to my vault only to see all my stuff has disappeared from the floor (which were there at level 25).
last_log.txt shows no errors. I might add I had black fog on trollmire 4 as if I had never been there before and revealed the terrain (stone blocking the path was also renewed).
