some prodigies' level requirements have not been updated to level 25 with patch 1.6. i think all of these prodigies were added with embers of rage.
the level requirement remains at level 30 for the following prodigies:
automated reflex system,
arcane amplification drone,
rak'shor's cunning,
pain enhancement system,
range amplification drone
and subcutaneous metallisation.
