ShaloreTW on nightmare RL keep dying on last two bosses

#1 Post by knifebutton »

I think my last run i died because i didn't have movement infusion. Any tips on what runes/ prodigy/ build/infusions whatever to beat the last bosses? Literally EVERYTHING else in the game was a cake walk until i got to them. I got Argo down to 20% hp. Anyway heres another 18 hour trek to see if i die in the same spot lol (died there on my skeleton TW too)

I actually beat the bosses without a movement infusion,

Although to be fair I did find the steamtech escort and rocket boots make a good substitute for a movement infusion. Best talents for survival I think are the time shield and the temporal hounds, albeit that does require two unlocks. There are probably quite a few good prodigies choice that can work with TW, in fact I took blighted summoning only because TW was the only class where it is halfway decent and not because it was necessarily the best choice for a TW.

General advice though is to close the portals, kill Elander and then kill Argo. Try to separate, disable or slow down Argo when you doing the first two tasks (rod of spydric poison helps here). As a TW you should have excellent mobility, try to use to your advantage to control the battlefield and keep out of trouble

With that said, I haven't tried this on 1.6, so I'm considering anything that has changed in that time.

Did you have dispersion gloves? Stripping Elandar of some sustains makes him much, much less deadly.
